Brown gravy mix is used to quickly make brown gravy to serve over various dishes like roast beef, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and noodles, or as a base for soups, stews, and other sauces. It can also be used to thicken dishes or as a savory flavor enhancer for casseroles and sandwiches. 

Ingredients are flour, beef boullion, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper & parsley.
