Chicken Rub

Chicken rub is a versatile seasoning that can be used on various parts of the chicken, like wings, breasts, thighs, and legs. It's also great for whole chickens, whether you're grilling, smoking, baking, or slow cooking. Rub olive oil on chicken first to help the chicken rub stick. Marinate from 1 to 12 hours in the refrigerator before cooking as desired.

Ingredients are brown sugar, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper.
