Golden Fig Preserves

Golden Fig preserves are a sweet and tart tasting golden green yellow colored fig.  It is used like the regular brown purple fig. As a spread for toast or biscuits, a glaze for meats like chicken and pork, a pairing for cheese and charcuterie boards, a topping for yogurt and ice cream, or as a component in sandwiches and desserts. Their chunky texture, which contains whole or partially broken figs, adds texture and bursts of flavor to any dish.

Ingredients are figs, sugar, water, salt & lemon juice.

This is a seasonal product and is not available year round.
