Strawberry Preserves

Strawberry preserves are primarily used on toast or biscuits. Can also be used as a filling for pastries, cakes, and crepes. Additionally, preserves can be incorporated into yogurt, oatmeal, or ice cream for added sweetness and flavor. They also make a great glaze for roasted meats or can be used to create a fruity vinaigrette or cocktail. 
Ingredients are strawberries, sugar, pectin & water.
